During transport, the products can be damaged and as a result, we do not return money for a defective or tanned product. An option may be considered to replace the product with another, but for this final decision is made by Makshop.
Refund is possible only in case of factory damaged product, or not delivered product more than 30 days (except if it's not post office problem or mistake).
