Shipping policy
Standard shipping in EU countries is 5-15 days (that's the average). Sometimes could happen plus few days. If you don't receive the product more than 30 days, you should contact us at info@makshop.net and we will react to the post office or refund you.
If by any reason you do not receive it, actually do not pick it up, the courier cannot make a contact to reach you or you are not serious when picking up the shipment, the shipment could be back to the sender. In that case Makshop have no responsibility and refund could be not available.
